SUBJECT: Declaration of Approved Admission Commission Percentages & University Revenue Sharing Schedule
This Commission Declaration Agreement is entered into between Martin Eduverse and the Partner named above (“Admission Partner”). Martin Eduverse hereby formalizes and approves the following revenue sharing percentages for candidate admissions enrolled in the empaneled universities listed in the schedule below for the active academic intake:

KEY COMMISSION DISBURSAL & OPERATIONAL CRITERIA:
  1. Admission Qualification: Commission applies exclusively to verified student enrollments once required academic eligibility documents are confirmed and the mandatory initial tuition fee installment is received by the university.
  2. Payout Reconciliation: Monthly student enrollments will be reconciled and statements generated. Commission payouts will be disbursed on or before 5th of every calendar month directly via bank account transfer or UPI.
  3. Transparency & Student Ethics: The partner shall maintain the highest standards of professional ethics, provide accurate university program information, adhere strictly to approved university fees, and refrain from making unauthorized financial cashback commitments.
  4. Validity & Empanelment: This percentage declaration is valid for the ongoing academic admission cycle. Any additional universities empaneled subsequent to this agreement will be declared via supplementary addendum.
